💤 Bedtime Audio Stories by Sian Collins

 

These calming bedtime stories were created by Children’s Confidence & Wellbeing Coach Sian Collins,  especially for your child through Gwaun Celyn primary school.


They help children feel calm, happy, and brave at bedtime.

 

🐰 How to Use:

  • Play one story each night.

  • After four nights, start again from the beginning.

  • Repeat weekly – repetition helps build real confidence.

 

💬 Before You Press Play:

 

Ask your child:


👉 “What was your One Good Thing today?”
 

Then say something kind like:


👉 “I’m so proud of you” or “You make me smile.”
